Danielle holds a Nevada Broker license and is a partner of Guardian Realty Investment and Property Management. Danielle has been doing full time Real Estate and Property Management for almost 7 years.  Danielle has several years of experience in General Construction as co-owner in Gallant Construction based out of San Francisco area. Prior to joining her husband in the family construction business, she worked as a Marriage and Family Therapist. She holds a B.A. in Psychology and a Masters in Human Development and Family Studies from Auburn University.

Paul is a licensed real estate Salesperson and partner in Guardian Realty. He also holds a license in California as a  General Contractor where he ran Gallant Construction for the past 25+ years.  He specialized in custom residential remodels and new builds.  Paul’s eye for design is unparalleled as he is known for his ability to combine elements of light, stone work, tile, granite and wood to create spaces that exponentially increase home values and expedite home sales.
