Advertising
We utilize several web services (Craigslist, MLS etc.) as well as maintain an advertisement in the Las Vegas Review Journal. We accept calls from potential tenants 7 days a week from 7:00am to 9:00pm.
Tenant Screening
In addition to full credit and background checks, employment and income verification and previous landlord checks, we personally visit the prospective tenant in their current home to ensure they will care for your real estate investment.
Lease Negotiations & Accounting
We handle all paper work and security deposits for the lease. We collect all rents and provide you with monthly accounting.
HOA Management
We handle all HOA payments and letters of non-compliance with the C.C.&R.’s
Inspection & Maintenance
We personally visit your property every 6 months to replace A/C filters, check smoke detectors, spray for pests, and ensure your property is being cared in a manner that is compliance with the lease agreement. The year preventative maintenance includes everything we do at 6 months plus draining the hot water heater and cleaning out the dryer vent.
